中国产业集群的形成机理及模式分析

【摘要】：目前产业集群作为推动区域经济发展的一种有效方式,已经为国 内越来越多的地方政府和经济研究机构所关注。但由于缺乏集群形成 理论的指导,许多地方在对本地区进行集群规划时带有盲目性,造成 了大量的人力物力的浪费。如何解决以上问题是本文研究的出发点。 本文首先通过对大量的调研资料进行分析归纳,将我国产业集群 按照形成的主导力量归为品牌企业带动型、市场创造型等九种形成模 式。其次,在对集群形成条件和形成过程研究的基础上,创新地运用 网络外部化理论解释了产业集群形成的一般性机理。并将其与形成模 式相结合,对不同条件下各自的不同机理进行了研究。然后,运用区 位商法及效率效益对比分析法等从定量和定性两个纬度建立了产业集 群形成的指标判定体系,为地方政府了解本区域内的集群形成发展状 况及优劣势条件提供了可行的依据。地方政府部门可以根据本区域的 现实情况按照不同模式的形成机理为区域内集群的形成发展提供有针 对性的支持和服务。
[Abstract]:At present, as an effective way to promote regional economic development, industrial clusters have attracted more and more attention from local governments and economic research institutions. However, due to the lack of the guidance of cluster formation theory, many places have blindness in the planning of cluster in their own areas, resulting in a lot of waste of manpower and material resources. How to solve the above problem is the starting point of this paper. First of all, through the analysis and induction of a large number of research materials, this paper classifies the industrial cluster in our country as the brand enterprise initiative according to the leading force formed. Market creation and other nine forms of mode. Secondly, on the basis of the research on the formation conditions and formation process of industrial clusters, the general mechanism of industrial cluster formation is explained by using the theory of network externalization. The different mechanisms under different conditions were studied by combining them with the formative mode. Then, the index judgment system of industrial cluster formation is established from two latitudes of quantitative and qualitative by using regional quotient method and efficiency and benefit comparative analysis method. It provides a feasible basis for local governments to understand the conditions and advantages and disadvantages of cluster formation and development in the region. According to the actual situation of the region, the local government can provide needle-to-hand support and service for the formation and development of clusters in the region according to the formation mechanism of different models.
