【摘要】：正3月16日,我国首部《慈善法》获得表决通过,将于今年9月1日起施行。该法案中对慈善信托进行了专门的规定,将对我国通过信托机制开展慈善事业产生深远影响。一直以来,因为我国慈善税收的优惠措施不到位,设立慈善信托的相关制度不健全,大量设立慈善(慈善)信托的中国富人,都选择将拟捐赠的资金转移到境外。2015年2月,中国慈善研究院发布的《2014中国捐赠百杰榜》显示,2014年中国排名前100名的大额个人捐赠中,占年度总额八成的捐赠
[Abstract]:In March 16th, the first charitable law of China was voted through and will be implemented from September 1st this year. The bill has a special provision on charitable trusts, which will have a far-reaching impact on our country's charitable undertaking through the trust mechanism. All along, because the preferential measures of Ci Shan's tax are not in place, the relevant systems of the establishment of Ci Shan trust are not perfect. A lot of Chinese rich people who set up Ci Shan (Ci Shan) trust have chosen to transfer the donated funds to overseas. In February 2015, the 2014 China donation list published by China Charity Research Institute showed that in 2014, China's top 100 personal donations accounted for 80% of the total annual donation.
