【摘要】：正我国共55个少数民族,其中22个全民信教,全国各类信教徒1亿余人,宗教场所8万余处。宗教事务问题在实践中呈现出复杂的格局,且在新形势下与国家安全、社会稳定等问题息息相关。如何通过法治手段实现对宗教事务问题的有效治理,确保国家安全与社会稳定,是一个重大课题。一、我国宗教事务管理法律现状在我国,宗教界人士和一直关心宗教的人们一直在关注一个问题,如何将保护公民宗教自由落到实处。由于我国宗教的法制建设体系并不
[Abstract]:There are 55 ethnic minorities in China, 22 of whom are religious believers, more than 100 million believers of all kinds in the country, and more than 80,000 religious places.
