行政法治社会化:进路与方向

【摘要】：行政法治中出现的社会化演进特征,集中呈现为法治国家、法治政府、法治社会一体建设的交集与融合,预示了行政权、行政法和行政法治的现代变迁路径。在这个变迁路径中,行政权、行政过程和行政法的社会化是比较突出的进路和方向。无论从历史角度还是从现实的角度,行政法治的社会化都是极有价值的变迁路径。按照中国特色社会主义法律原则和国家治理现代化的要求,在其中国特征、社会传统与国际经验之间进一步归纳与创新,是行政法治研究值得努力的方向。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of socialization evolution in the administrative rule of law are mainly presented as the intersection and integration of the construction of a country ruled by law, a government ruled by law and a society under the rule of law, which indicates the administrative power. The modern vicissitude path of administrative law and administrative rule of law. In this transition path, the socialization of administrative power, administrative process and administrative law is the more prominent way and direction, whether from the historical point of view or from the perspective of reality. The socialization of the administrative rule of law is a valuable path of change. According to the legal principles of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the requirements of the modernization of national governance, the socialization of the administrative rule of law is characterized in China. Further induction and innovation between social tradition and international experience are worthy of our efforts in the study of administrative rule of law.
