【摘要】：正为加强城镇排水与污水处理管理,保障城镇排水与污水处理设施安全运行,防治城镇水污染和内涝灾害,保障人民生命、财产安全和公共安全,保护环境《河北省城镇排水与污水处理管理办法》(以下简称《办法》)于近日审议通过,自2月1日起正式施行。
