【摘要】：随着我国经济社会结构的深刻变化,法治在保障农业农村发展和乡村治理中的作用将更加凸显,我们必须适应形势发展变化的要求,更多地运用法治的思维、方式和手段来加强"三农"工作。
[Abstract]:With the profound changes in China's economic and social structure, the role of the rule of law in ensuring agricultural rural development and rural governance will become more prominent. We must adapt to the requirements of the changing situation and make more use of the thinking of the rule of law. Ways and means to strengthen the "three rural" work.
