我国新闻传播法的立法原则

【摘要】：正新闻传播立法需要遵循国情原则、公平正义原则、渐进原则。我国的国情与美国等西方国家有着诸多不同,照搬其他国家的新闻法条款是不可行的。在我们现行情况下,新闻传播立法应该遵循什么样的原则?笔者认为,新闻传播立法需要遵循国情原则、公平正义原则、渐进原则。国情原则新闻传播法的创制,必须从我国的基本国情出发,注重我国现实的政治、经济、文化和社会生活条件,研究和把握广大人民的利益要求,尊重客观规律,根据广大人民的根本利益和社会发展规
[Abstract]:Positive news and communication legislation should follow the principles of national conditions, fairness and justice, and the principle of gradual progress. Our national conditions are quite different from those of the United States and other Western countries, so it is not feasible to copy the terms of the press laws of other countries. What principles should be followed in news communication legislation? The author believes that the legislation of news communication should follow the principles of national conditions, fairness and justice, and gradual progress. The creation of news communication law should be based on the basic conditions of our country and pay attention to the political and economic reality of our country. Cultural and social living conditions, study and grasp the interests of the broad masses of the people's requirements, respect the objective law, in accordance with the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people and social development rules
