传统中医药知识产权的法律保护现状分析研究

【摘要】：我国的传统中医药知识长期以来得不到应有的重视,导致相关的利益大大受损。在考量传统知识的国际保护背景下,借鉴国外传统医药知识保护的先进经验,从专利保护、商标保护、著作权保护、商业秘密保护以及构建地区性保护屏障来探讨建立和完善我国传统中医药保护的制度。
[Abstract]:The traditional Chinese medicine knowledge in our country has not received due attention for a long time, which has resulted in the related interests being greatly damaged. Under the background of considering the international protection of traditional medicine knowledge, we should learn from the advanced experience of the protection of foreign traditional medicine knowledge, and from the perspective of patent protection, Trademark protection, copyright protection, trade secret protection and construction of regional protection barriers to explore the establishment and improvement of traditional Chinese medicine protection system.
