我国私有企业职工权益保护难的原因与对策

【摘要】：随着我国市场经济的不断发展,私有企业的数量越来越多,进入私企的职工数量也不断增加。近年来,由于市场竞争不断加剧,私有企业出于自身利益,侵犯职工权益的现象时有发生,因此私有企业职工权益保护问题越来越受到社会各方面的重视。对私有企业职工权益保护现状进行考察研究,有助于分析造成私有企业职工权益保护难的原因。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the market economy in China, the number of private enterprises is increasing, and the number of workers entering private enterprises is also increasing. In recent years, due to the increasing competition in the market, private enterprises are acting in their own interests. The phenomenon of infringing upon the rights and interests of workers occurs from time to time. Therefore, the protection of the rights and interests of workers in private enterprises has been paid more and more attention to by all aspects of society. It is helpful to analyze the reasons why it is difficult to protect the rights and interests of the workers in private enterprises.
