[Abstract]:Positive data resources have become the basic elements to promote global economic growth and social development of all countries. It is imperative to establish personal data protection system to adapt to the information age, and the scale of data collection and data sharing has increased rapidly. Data has become a source of economic growth and social value creation. It is difficult for the traditional methods to deal with the new problem of personal data protection under big data environment effectively, and it is reasonable to make the individual gradually change from "anonymous" to "transparent" in cyberspace.
