【摘要】：《儿童权利公约》、《公共图书馆宣言》、《图书馆权利宣言》及其解释性文件、国际图联的三部指南是规范图书馆未成年人服务的国际性政策与文件,为世界范围内的图书馆未成年人服务开展提供了参照依据。本文通过对图书馆未成年人服务的国际性政策与文件的主要内容、发展演变及其对图书馆未成年人服务开展的规范与保障进行剖析,归纳出图书馆儿童服务理念的演变轨迹:由忽视儿童到发现儿童,再到重视儿童,直到儿童优先服务理念的确立。
[Abstract]:The Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Declaration on Public Libraries, the Declaration on the Rights of the Library and its explanatory documents, the three International Atlas guidelines are international policies and documents regulating the services of minors in libraries, It provides the reference basis for the development of the library minor service in the world. This paper adopts the main contents of the international policies and documents on the library minors service. This paper analyzes the development and evolution of library children's service, and summarizes the evolution of library children's service concept: from neglecting children to discovering children, and then to paying attention to children. Until the establishment of the concept of priority services for children.
