论市场经济环境下知识产权行政管理部门的职能转变

【摘要】：研究当前知识产权行政管理部门的政府职能转变方向,是适应经济社会发展需求、因应党中央、国务院要求而面临的一个重要课题。对在市场经济环境下知识产权行政管理部门的职能进行了重新定位,提出适应我国当前经济社会发展需求和社会主义市场经济发展要求的职能转变方向建议。同时,力图将政治、经济、技术、法律、历史和公共政策统一在知识产权行政管理职能转变的分析框架中。
[Abstract]:To study the direction of the transformation of government functions in the current intellectual property administrative departments is to meet the needs of economic and social development and to meet the needs of the Party Central Committee. Under the market economy environment, the functions of the intellectual property administrative departments have been reoriented. The paper puts forward some suggestions on the direction of function transformation to meet the needs of China's current economic and social development and the development of the socialist market economy. At the same time, it tries hard to change politics, economy, technology and law, History and public policy are unified in the analytical framework of the transformation of intellectual property administrative functions.
