韩国韩医药育成法律制度研究

【摘要】：韩国韩医药虽起源于中国传统中医药,但得益于韩国政府的韩医药扶持政策和法律制度,注重与现代社会其他领域的交叉合作,形成有别于中国和日本的韩医药产业。以《韩医药育成法》为核心的韩医药育成法律制度,不仅涵盖范围广、制度设计科学严谨,而且其法律规定透明协调,对我国《中医药法》立法,特别在与现有法律制度的协调一致和保持透明性方面,以及各级政府部门之间的协商和协助义务方面具有重要借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Korean medicine originated from Chinese traditional Chinese medicine, but benefited from Korean government's supporting policy and legal system of Korean medicine, paid attention to cross cooperation with other fields of modern society, and formed Korean medicine industry different from China and Japan.The legal system of Korean medicine education with the core of "Korean Medicine Education Law" not only covers a wide range, the system design is scientific and rigorous, but also its legal provisions are transparently coordinated, and the Chinese Medicine Law of China is legislated.In particular, harmonization and transparency with existing legal systems, as well as the duty to consult and assist government departments at all levels, are of great significance.
