【摘要】：推进劳动与社会保障制度转型,完善社会弱势群体保护制度,推动慈善志愿服务制度发展,健全社会治理体制机制,促进社会治理创新与法治社会、和谐社会建设,需要深化社会法学理论研究,加快建设和发展社会法学学科。而新世纪初起始的社会建设的广泛实践,随后的社会权入宪与社会立法、执法和司法跟进,尤其是社会治理创新与全面推进依法治国进程中的法治社会建设,促使法学多个学科的学者共同关注超越传统公法私法的新法治领域,拓展劳动与社会保障法这一传统社会法领域,形成了一大批基础性和应用性研究成果,并融入社会法学教学和社会法治实践,这无疑为社会法学学科发展奠定了坚实的社会基础,储备了社会法学学科建设的基本条件。明确社会法学学科定位,汇聚社会法学研究力量,提升社会法学理论品格,创新社会法学理论体系,加快建设和发展社会法学学科,对于完善我国法治理论体系、推进法治中国建设,无疑具有重大意义。
[Abstract]:To promote the transformation of labor and social security system, to perfect the protection system of social vulnerable groups, to promote the development of charity voluntary service system, to perfect the social governance system and mechanism, to promote the innovation of social governance and the rule of law society, and to build a harmonious society. It is necessary to deepen the theoretical research of social law and accelerate the construction and development of the discipline of social law. The widespread practice of social construction that began at the beginning of the new century, the subsequent introduction of social rights into the constitution and social legislation, the follow-up of law enforcement and judicial follow-up, especially the innovation of social governance and the promotion of the building of a society ruled by law in the process of governing the country according to law, It urges scholars of many disciplines of law to pay attention to the new field of rule of law beyond the traditional public law and private law, expand the traditional social law field of labor and social security law, and form a large number of basic and applied research results. It will undoubtedly lay a solid social foundation for the development of the subject of social law and reserve the basic conditions for the construction of the subject of social law. Clarifying the orientation of social law, pooling the research power of social law, improving the theoretical character of social law, innovating the theoretical system of social law, speeding up the construction and development of the subject of social law, is of great importance to the perfection of the theoretical system of rule of law in our country. It is undoubtedly of great significance to promote the construction of China under the rule of law.
