治国理政进程中监督体系效能联动的缺失与重建

【摘要】：中国特色的国家监督体系是中国政党政治的重要内容。新时期,治国理政对中国国家监督体系提出了新的要求与任务;与此同时,国家监督效能联动的时代性、创新性又赋予了中国特色国家监督新的价值和功能来引领治国理政的方向;但国家监督效能联动缺失,法律、制度、理论自觉、程序与落实都有待完善与提高。充分发挥治国理政进程中监督体系效能联动的作用,我们需要从完善法律、健全制度、创新监督方式等角度入手,重建国家监督体系效能联动机制。
[Abstract]:The state supervision system with Chinese characteristics is an important part of Chinese party politics. In the new era, the administration of the country has put forward new requirements and tasks to China's state supervision system; at the same time, the state supervision effectiveness has been linked to the times. The innovation gives the new value and function of the state supervision with Chinese characteristics to guide the direction of governing the country and the government, but the lack of the national supervision effectiveness, the lack of the law, the system, the theory consciousness, the procedure and the implementation all need to be perfected and improved. To give full play to the effect of the effectiveness of the supervision system in the process of governing the country, we need to rebuild the mechanism of the effectiveness of the national supervision system from the angles of perfecting the law, perfecting the system and innovating the mode of supervision.
