综合行政执法绩效评估制度体系构建

【摘要】：建设法治政府是落实依法治国基本方略的必由之路。但是从当前的实践效果来看,在我国的综合行政执法绩效评估制度体系建设中,还存在许多不足之处。解决这些问题,一方面要立足我国治国理政实际,因地制宜,不断创新完善;另一方面要吸收借鉴国外的先进经验,在兼容并蓄中构建起适应我国国情特点的综合行政执法绩效评估制度体系。
[Abstract]:The construction of the rule of law government is the only way to implement the basic strategy of ruling the country according to law. However, from the current practice effect, there are still many shortcomings in the construction of the system of comprehensive administrative enforcement performance evaluation system in China. We should draw on the advanced experience from other countries and build up a comprehensive performance evaluation system for administrative law enforcement in line with the characteristics of China's national conditions.
