哈医大四所附属医院医患纠纷实证分析

【摘要】：和谐的医患关系是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分，它直接关系到国民基本健康权利能否得到有效保证，关系到整个社会发展的稳定与进步。当前我国医院医患关系空前紧张，医患纠纷呈井喷式爆发，医患暴力冲突时有发生，不仅严重干扰了正常医疗秩序，影响医院的建设发展，也成为干扰社会稳定的重要不和谐因素。本文通过对哈医大四所附属医院既有医患纠纷实例的分析，，采用归纳研究法和统计分析法，从医院自身角度出发，在保障医患双方权益的基础上，找到如何从源头上预防和减少医患纠纷的方法，提出有效对策及建议，促进医患关系健康发展，维护社会稳定、促进医疗事业发展、保障人民群众最基本的健康权利。
[Abstract]:Harmonious doctor-patient relationship is an important part of building a harmonious society. It is directly related to whether the basic health rights of the people can be effectively guaranteed and the stability and progress of the development of the whole society. At present, the relations between doctors and patients in hospitals in our country are unprecedented, the disputes between doctors and patients are blowout, violent conflicts between doctors and patients occur from time to time, which not only seriously interferes with the normal medical order, but also affects the construction and development of hospitals. It has also become an important disharmonious factor that interferes with social stability. Based on the analysis of the existing doctor-patient disputes in the four affiliated hospitals of Harbin Medical University, this paper adopts the inductive research method and the statistical analysis method, starting from the hospital's own point of view, on the basis of protecting the rights and interests of both doctors and patients. Find out how to prevent and reduce doctor-patient disputes from the source, put forward effective countermeasures and suggestions, promote the healthy development of doctor-patient relationship, maintain social stability, promote the development of medical undertakings, and protect the people's most basic health rights.
