我国台湾地区家庭教育政策法规及其对大陆的启示

【摘要】：台湾地区现行家庭教育政策法规,反映出台湾建立了从当局教育部到地方县(市)的家庭教育工作管理机构、家庭教育工作有稳定的经费来源,有各种各样家庭教育课程适合不同人群的学习和培训,台湾的家庭教育活动丰富多彩并进入常态化和正规化状态,台湾的学者和官员重视家庭教育政策法规的修订和完善。台湾家庭教育政策法规建设对大陆的启示:适时制定家庭教育工作的政策法规,重视家庭教育政策法规的研究工作,优先解答家庭教育事业发展的关键问题,重视家庭教育政策法规的实操效果。
[Abstract]:The current policies and regulations on family education in the Taiwan region reflect that Taiwan has established a family education management organization from the Ministry of Education of the authorities to the local counties (cities), and the family education work has a stable source of funding. There are all kinds of family education courses suitable for the study and training of different groups. The family education activities in Taiwan are rich and colorful and have entered into a normal and regularized state. Scholars and officials in Taiwan attach importance to the revision and perfection of family education policies and regulations. The enlightenment to the mainland from the construction of Taiwan's family education policies and regulations is to formulate policies and regulations for family education in good time, to attach importance to the research of family education policies and regulations, and to give priority to solving the key problems in the development of family education. Attach importance to the practical effect of family education policies and regulations.
