【摘要】：正[主持人语]2017年是《中华人民共和国农民专业合作社法》实施十周年,本法对农民专业合作社的发展起到了巨大的推动作用。本法第一条指出了立法的目标,即支持、引导农民专业合作社的发展,规范农民专业合作社的组织和行为,保护农民专业合作社及其成员的合法权益,促进农业和农村经济的发展。应该说,经过十年来,上述四个方面的目标已经基本实现。这十年,正处于中国农业发展的黄金时期,突出表现在两大方面,一是随着国家对农业支持力度的加大、城镇化进程
[Abstract]:The year 2017 marks the 10th anniversary of the implementation of the "Law of the people's Republic of China on Farmers' Professional Cooperatives", which has played a great role in promoting the development of the Farmers' Professional Cooperatives. Article 1 of this Law states the objectives of the legislation, namely, to support and guide the development of specialized cooperatives for farmers, to standardize the organization and conduct of specialized cooperatives of farmers, and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of specialized cooperatives of farmers and their members, Promote the development of agriculture and rural economy. It should be said that in the past ten years, the above-mentioned four objectives have been basically achieved. This decade is in the golden period of agricultural development in China. It is prominent in two aspects: first, with the increase of the state's support for agriculture, the process of urbanization is becoming more and more important.
