【摘要】：法治是人类文明的重要成果之一,文物事业的健康发展离不开法治的引领和保障。习近平高度重视文物事业发展,对文物事业法治化的重大意义、基本规律、重要抓手进行了深入思考,做出了一系列重要讲话和批示,形成了具有时代特色和历史担当的文物事业法治思想,丰富了中国特色社会主义法治理论,为依法科学开展文物工作和处理涉文物问题提供了理论指南。
[Abstract]:The rule of law is one of the important achievements of human civilization. The healthy development of cultural relics can not be separated from the guidance and guarantee of the rule of law. Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the development of cultural relics, the significance of the rule of law of cultural relics, the basic law and the important grasp of the hand, and makes a series of important speeches and instructions, which have formed the characteristics of the times. The rule of law thought of historical relics undertakings has enriched the theory of the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and provided a theoretical guide for scientific cultural relic work and dealing with cultural relics in accordance with the law.
