未成年人网络言论的法律规制

【摘要】：网络日益渗透进入未成年人的生活,未成年人既可能是不当网络言论的受害者,也可能是加害者。未成年人网络言论同时具有未成年人和网络言论的法律特性,并且涉及未成年人、监护人、政府、学校、网络平台等多方主体,其权利义务关系更为复杂。应通过加强专门立法,明确相关主体间的权利义务关系,完善救济机制,建构未成年人网络言论规制的法律体系等多种方式,真正构建起我国未成年人网络言论的法律规制。
[Abstract]:The Internet is increasingly infiltrating into the life of minors, who may be victims or perpetrators of inappropriate online speech. Minors' online speech has the legal characteristics of minors and Internet speech, and involves minors, guardians, governments, schools, network platforms and other subjects, whose rights and obligations are more complex. We should strengthen special legislation, clarify the relationship between rights and obligations among relevant subjects, perfect the relief mechanism, and construct the legal system of minors' network speech regulation, so as to truly construct the legal regulation of minors' network speech in our country.
