【摘要】：正行政法巨擘王名扬,所有法学著述第一次全部集结出版主编:应松年特邀编辑:高家伟《王名扬全集:法国行政法》王名扬著《法国行政法》是我通读过的并形成了"这是一部力作"定论的行政法学著作,也是我一直以来推荐给学生的必读书之一,而且该书也几乎是所有的中国行政法学者自己学过并推荐给其学生的必读书。《法国行政法》的出版促成了法国源流的大陆行政法(学)对中国行政法(学)的全面影响,为中国行政法制建设和行政法学研究的发展提供了宝贵的经验借鉴。
