重构新闻与法律之关系

【摘要】：正党的十八届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》,绘就中国实施依法治国的路线图。在新闻界,人们提出了重构新闻与法律关系的思路和目标。"法"即"法律"。对于法或法律的认识,唯物主义的基本立场是,"社会不是以法律为基础的,那是法学家的幻想。相反地,法律应该以社会为基础。法律应该是社会共同的、由一定物质生产方式所产生的利益与需要的表现。"
[Abstract]:The "decision of the CPC Central Committee on promoting the Rule of Law in an All-round way" adopted by the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee draws a road map for China to implement the rule of law. In the press, people put forward the idea and goal of reconstructing the relationship between news and law. For the understanding of law or law, the basic position of materialism is, "Society is not based on law, that is the fantasy of jurists." On the contrary, the law should be based on society. Law should be the common social expression of interests and needs arising from a certain mode of material production. "
