确立法人资格对宗教活动场所的影响

【摘要】：正宗教活动场所法人地位的确立,一方面维护了宗教的合法权益,另一方面便利了政府和社会对宗教活动场所的管理和监督,进而提高了宗教界对宗教活动场所的管理水平。2017年10月1日《中华人民共和国民法总则》(以下简称《民法总则》)正式施行,其第三章第三节九十二条规定:"具备法人条件,为公益目的以捐助财产设立的基金会、社会服务机构等,经依法登记成立,取得捐助法人资
[Abstract]:On the one hand, the establishment of the legal person status of the place of religious activities has safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of religion, on the other hand, it has facilitated the administration and supervision of the place of religious activities by the government and society. On October 1, 2017, the General principles of Civil Law of the people's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the General principles of Civil Law) came into effect.
