[Abstract]:The interim measures for the Administration of leaders in institutions of propaganda, ideology and Culture system came into effect on January 13, 2017. From the origin, the measures were born on May 28, 2015, the interim provisions on the Management of leading personnel in institutions. The former was jointly issued by the Organization Department of the Central Committee and the propaganda Department of the Central Committee. The standard targets are the institutions directly under the Party committees and governments at and above the provincial level, as well as the institutions of the propaganda, ideological and cultural systems under the departments.
