网约车司机监管来了

【摘要】：正网约车问题多发原因在于进入门槛低,市场监管缺乏,网约车服务人员资质整体水平较低。本次新规或能在一定程度上规范准入问题网约车合法之后,监管进一步趋严。这一次,管的是司机。10月1日起,修改后的《出租汽车驾驶员从业资格管理规定》正式施行。新《规定》在出租车行业发展定位、司机企业利益分配以及驾驶员考试、注册、继续教育等方面进行了适应性修改。特别值得强调的是,《规定》
