【摘要】：《公共文化服务保障法》有关社会力量参与公共文化服务的条款进一步明确了政府鼓励社会力量参与公共文化服务的方针政策。这些条款确定了社会力量参与公共文化服务的合法性,并在参与模式上给出导向性的意见。《公共文化服务保障法》的颁布实施将推动社会力量参与公共文化服务:在参与主体上,培育文化类社会组织;在供给模式上,鼓励多元服务;在服务类型上,推进政府购买;在参与辅助力量上,规范文化志愿服务。
