煤矿超层越界开采将受严厉查处

【摘要】：正日前,国土资源部、国家安全生产监督管理总局、国家煤矿安全监察局联合印发《关于开展煤矿超层越界开采专项检查整治行动的通知》(以下简称《通知》),明确将严肃查处煤矿超层越界开采等违法违规行为。《通知》明确,对查出的超层越界开采的煤矿,要按照《国务院关于预防煤矿生产安全事故的特别规定》(国务院令第446号),责令停产整顿,暂扣采矿许可证、安全生产许可证。
