区域协调发展——对《公共文化服务保障法》老少边贫地区条款的解读

【摘要】：《公共文化服务保障法》强调对革命老区、民族地区、边疆地区、贫困地区的公共文化服务保障,为促进公共文化区域协调发展提供了法律保障。文章从区域协调发展视角解析有关老少边贫等特殊地区的条文,以促进理解该法对特殊地区的基本文化权益保障。
[Abstract]:The Law on the guarantee of Public Cultural Services emphasizes the guarantee of public cultural services in the old revolutionary areas, ethnic areas, frontier areas and poverty-stricken areas, thus providing a legal guarantee for the coordinated development of public cultural areas. In order to promote the understanding of the basic cultural rights and interests of the special areas, the article analyzes the articles about the special regions such as the old and the poor from the perspective of regional coordinated development.
