实践效果是检验综合执法改革的主要标准

【摘要】：正综合执法是在中国总体改革框架中非常重要的一种体制性改革。通过实地考察,黄岛区综合执法局在两年多时间内,破解了很多难题,例如海洋养殖污染治理、违法建筑拆除、城市违章车辆治理、违法广告拆除等,这些在全国行政执法过程中的"老大难"问题,在黄岛区都得到了较好解决,应当给予充分肯定。
[Abstract]:Comprehensive law enforcement is a very important institutional reform in China's overall reform framework. Through field visits, the Huangdao District Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau has solved many difficult problems in more than two years, such as pollution control of marine aquaculture, demolition of illegal buildings, management of illegal vehicles in cities, demolition of illegal advertisements, and so on. These problems in the process of national administrative law enforcement have been well solved in Huangdao District and should be fully affirmed.
