反应时与民警快速、准确、安全执法的关系

【摘要】：警察规范化执法是顺应依法治国方略及执法环境需要的产物,而准确、快速的行动反应是警察安全执法的前提和规范化执法的保障。为了提高民警安全、规范化执法能力及水平,文章借鉴认知心理学中反应时技术——人差方程原理的视角来探索民警执法过程中反应时与警务实战能力表达的关系,研究发现反应时与民警快速、准确和安全执法密切相关,反应时技术不仅为培养民警快速反应、准确行动的能力提供了新思路,也为评价和考核公安干警实战执法能力提供了一个科学的评价指标。
[Abstract]:The standardized law enforcement of the police is the product of complying with the general plan of governing the country according to law and the need of the law enforcement environment, and the accurate and quick action response is the premise of the police safety law enforcement and the guarantee of the standardized law enforcement. In order to improve the security of the police and standardize the ability and level of law enforcement, this paper explores the relationship between the reaction time and the expression of the actual combat ability of the police in the course of law enforcement from the perspective of the theory of human difference equation in cognitive psychology. It is found that the reaction time is closely related to the fast, accurate and safe law enforcement of the police. The reaction time technique not only provides a new way of thinking for the training of the police's ability to react quickly and accurately, It also provides a scientific evaluation index for evaluating and evaluating the actual combat law enforcement ability of police.
