【摘要】：主要考察科技成果产业化过程中知识产权创业式界定的本质特征及作用机理,围绕着知识产权创业式界定是什么和如何影响产业化动力两个问题展开。由于目前缺乏对知识产权创业式界定的系统考察,因此选择6个中央企业的6个典型科技成果产业化项目为案例样本。在规范的信息收集和数据编码基础上,通过典型事件的要素提炼、形态描述和机理分析,对技术成果产业化活动中的知识产权界定实践与办法进行了内涵界定,并给出了其影响科技人员的技术成果产业化动力的作用机制模型。贡献在于:(1)提出了知识产权创业式界定的概念;(2)发现知识产权创业式界定通过资源再组合和实施成本来影响技术成果产业化动力。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the essential characteristics and mechanism of the definition of intellectual property entrepreneurship in the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements. Focusing on the definition of intellectual property entrepreneurship and how to affect the industrialization of the two issues. Because of the lack of intellectual property entrepreneurial definition of the system, Therefore, six typical scientific and technological achievements industrialization projects of six central enterprises are selected as case samples. On the basis of standardized information collection and data coding, the elements of typical events are extracted, morphological description and mechanism analysis are carried out. The definition practice and method of intellectual property in the industrialization of technological achievements are defined. The contribution of this model is to put forward the concept of intellectual property entrepreneurship definition. (2) it is found that intellectual property entrepreneurship definition through the re-combination of resources and real. Cost to affect the industrialization of technological achievements power.
