四川省猕猴桃产业可持续发展及对策研究

【摘要】：经过近30年的发展,猕猴桃已经成为四川省最具特色的水果产业之一,其栽培面积和产量均排名全国第二,在我国猕猴桃产业中具有重要地位。为进一步推动四川猕猴桃产业的健康可持续发展,进一步做大做强四川省猕猴桃产业,更好的促进农民增收,本文依据产业经济学、比较优势及农业竞争力等理论,对全省猕猴桃产业进行了深入分析,并提出了产业可持续发展的战略措施和对策建议。本论文的主要研究内容包括：一、从猕猴桃栽培历史、栽培面积、产量、标准化栽培水平、品种结构、进出口贸易、消费现状等方面系统的分析了全国、全球的猕猴桃发展现状,为四川省猕猴桃产业提供了大量借鉴。二、根据产业竞争力模型,从品种资源情况、种植面积、鲜果产量、投入产出、标准化栽培、商品化处理及加工、品牌营销等方面分析了四川省猕猴产业的发展现状。三、运用SWOT分析方法,综合分析了四川猕猴桃产业发展的现状。其自身优势包括自然资源禀赋优势、具有自主知识产权的品种优势、产业发展基础优势、产业发展机制模式优势、品牌建设优势；制约因素包括缺乏多元化的品种选育能力、标准化生产投入成本高、猕猴桃标准化栽培技术要求高；面临的机遇主要为国内外强大的市场需求；面临的外部环境威胁包括猕猴桃出口面临技术贸易壁垒、溃疡病等病虫害威胁以及国内其他主产区的竞争威胁。四、分析了四川猕猴桃产业存在的五大问题,即缺乏科学合理规划、品种结构不甚合理、标准化栽培水平较低、商品化处理及加工设施欠缺、品牌营销能力滞后。五、根据对四川猕猴桃产业的优劣势分析,提出四川猕猴桃产业发展应走增长性战略(S0)和多元化战略(ST)。并提出实现四川猕猴桃产业可持续发展战略的7条建议,即科学规划布局,集中打造优势产业带；加大科研投入,加强科技对产业的技术支撑；不断推广新品种,优化品种结构；加大标准化栽培技术的推广和应用；加大对龙头企业的引进和培育；加强品牌建设,不断开拓国际市场；充分发挥政府作用,完善政策支持体系。本文研究成果将为四川省猕猴桃主产区各级政府制定产业政策提供理论依据和智力支持,为四川猕猴桃产业可持续发展提供借鉴,具有一定的现实意义。
[Abstract]:After nearly 30 years of development, kiwifruit has become one of the most characteristic fruit industries in Sichuan Province, and its cultivation area and yield rank second in China. In order to further promote the healthy and sustainable development of the kiwifruit industry in Sichuan Province, further expand and strengthen the kiwifruit industry in Sichuan Province, and better promote the farmers' income, this paper bases on the industrial economics, which plays an important role in the kiwifruit industry in China. Based on the theory of comparative advantage and agricultural competitiveness, this paper makes a thorough analysis of kiwifruit industry in the province, and puts forward the strategic measures and countermeasures for the sustainable development of the industry. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:. First, from the aspects of cultivation history, cultivation area, yield, standardized cultivation level, variety structure, import and export trade and consumption status of kiwifruit, this paper systematically analyzes the present situation of kiwifruit development in the whole country and the whole world. For the kiwifruit industry in Sichuan Province to provide a large number of reference. Secondly, according to the model of industrial competitiveness, the present situation of the development of rhesus monkey industry in Sichuan Province was analyzed from the aspects of variety resources, planting area, fresh fruit yield, input and output, standardized cultivation, commercialization and processing, brand marketing, etc. Thirdly, using the method of SWOT analysis, this paper synthetically analyzes the present situation of the development of kiwifruit industry in Sichuan province. Its own advantages include natural resource endowment advantage, variety advantage with independent intellectual property right, basic advantage of industry development. The advantages of industrial development mechanism model and brand construction include the lack of diversified breeding ability, the high cost of standardized production, and the high requirement of kiwifruit standardized cultivation technology. The main opportunities are the strong market demand at home and abroad, and the external environmental threats include technical barriers to trade, diseases and insect pests such as canker disease, and competition in other major production areas in China. Fourthly, the paper analyzes the five problems existing in kiwifruit industry in Sichuan, that is, lack of scientific and reasonable planning, unreasonable variety structure, low level of standardized cultivation, lack of commercial treatment and processing facilities, and lagging behind of brand marketing ability. Fifthly, based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the kiwifruit industry in Sichuan, the paper puts forward that the development of the kiwifruit industry in Sichuan should follow the growth strategy (S0) and the diversification strategy (STO), and puts forward seven suggestions for realizing the sustainable development strategy of the kiwifruit industry in Sichuan. That is, scientific planning and layout, focusing on building an advantageous industrial belt, increasing scientific research investment, strengthening the technical support of science and technology to the industry, constantly popularizing new varieties, optimizing the variety structure, increasing the popularization and application of standardized cultivation technology; To increase the introduction and cultivation of leading enterprises, to strengthen brand building, to continuously open up international markets, to give full play to the role of the government and to improve the policy support system. The research results of this paper will provide theoretical basis and intellectual support for the governments at all levels to formulate industrial policies in the main production areas of kiwifruit in Sichuan Province, and provide reference for the sustainable development of the kiwifruit industry in Sichuan Province, which is of certain practical significance.
