我国少数民族运动特色数据库的战略规划研究

【摘要】：少数民族运动作为特色文化的构成部分,是我国乃至世界非物质文化保护的对象之一,其特色数据库的建设具有非物质文化保护、特色运动发展、民族特色保留、体育娱乐与体验等现实需求。文章从少数民族运动特色数据库研究与实践情况出发,重点阐述了少数民族运动特色数据库的战略定位与规划、特色资源的组织与RDF描述、"知识产权+访问权限"风险规避等内容,以期为处于起步阶段的少数民族运动数据库建设提供一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:As a component of characteristic culture, minority movement is one of the objects of intangible culture protection in our country and even the world. The construction of its characteristic database has the following characteristics: intangible culture protection, characteristic movement development, national characteristic preservation, etc. Based on the research and practice of the database of ethnic sports characteristics, this paper focuses on the strategic orientation and planning of the database of ethnic minority sports characteristics. The organization of characteristic resources and the description of RDF, the risk aversion of "intellectual property right of access", etc., in order to provide some reference value for the construction of database of ethnic minority movement in the initial stage.
