新型双离合自动变速器的动力学仿真与优化设计

【摘要】:变速器作为汽车动力总成的重要组成部分,其传动性能的好坏对整车的性能有着重要的影响。随着汽车工业的发展,电子化程度的提高,变速器领域也取得长足的进步,双离合自动变速器应运而生。DCT由MT发展而来,它不仅具有AT动力换挡的特点,而且继承了AMT结构简单,传动效率高的优点。所以,DCT不仅保证了车辆的动力性和经济性,而且还提高了乘驾的舒适性。 本文依托合肥工业大学汽车工程研究院变速器研发项目,研发一款新型双离合自动变速器。学习变速器研发的核心技术,打破国外的技术垄断,掌握自主知识产权,对促进我国汽车工业特别是变速器领域的发展具有重要的意义。研究中采用了参数化设计和虚拟样机技术相结合的设计方法,极大的缩短变速器研发周期和降低了研发的成本,研究结果为样机的试制提供了理论依据。本文对变速器的研究工作主要包含以下几点: (1)阐述了新型双离合自动变速器的工作原理和结构特点。运用参数化的设计方法,在PRO/E软件上建立变速器传动机构的三维模型,虚拟装配并进行干涉分析,以检验虚拟装配完成后有无干涉现象的发生。 (2)利用ADAMS和PRO/E之间的接口,将变速器三维模型导入ADAMS软件中,建立多刚体运动学模型,进行运动学仿真分析。将运动学仿真结果与理论计算进行对比分析。 (3)在ADAMS软件中建立变速器传动系统的多刚体动力学模型,模拟变速器传动过程中,在稳定载荷的作用下,二档传动齿轮以及行星轮系齿轮的啮合碰撞情况。通过理论计算和仿真分析相结合的方法,论证模型的正确性。 (4)运用多目标函数优化方法中的NSGA-II优化算法,对变速器中核心传动机构行星轮系的结构尺寸进行优化。
[Abstract]:Transmission as an important part of automobile power assembly, its transmission performance has an important impact on the performance of the whole car. With the development of automobile industry and the improvement of electronic degree, the transmission field has also made great progress. The dual clutch automatic transmission is developed by MT. It not only has the characteristics of AT power shift, but also inherits the advantages of simple structure and high transmission efficiency of AMT. It also improves the ride comfort. Based on the transmission R & D project of Automotive Engineering Research Institute of Hefei University of Technology, this paper develops a new type of double clutch automatic transmission. We study the core technology of transmission research and development, break the foreign technological monopoly, and master our own intellectual property rights. It is of great significance to promote the development of automobile industry in China, especially in the field of transmission. In the research, a design method combining parametric design and virtual prototyping technology is adopted, which greatly shortens the research and development cycle of transmission and reduces the cost of research and development. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the trial production of the prototype. The research work of this paper mainly includes the following points:. In this paper, the working principle and structural characteristics of the new type double clutch automatic transmission are expounded. By using the parameterized design method, the three-dimensional model of the transmission transmission mechanism is established on the PRO/E software, the virtual assembly is carried out and the interference analysis is carried out. In order to verify the virtual assembly after the completion of the phenomenon of interference. 2) using the interface between ADAMS and PRO/E, the three-dimensional model of transmission is imported into ADAMS software, and the kinematics simulation analysis is carried out by establishing a multi-rigid body kinematics model, and the kinematics simulation results are compared with the theoretical calculation. In ADAMS software, the multi-rigid dynamic model of transmission transmission system is established to simulate the transmission transmission under the action of steady load. The meshing collision of two gear transmission gears and planetary gear train gears is proved by combining theoretical calculation and simulation analysis to prove the correctness of the model. 4) using the NSGA-II optimization algorithm in the multi-objective function optimization method, the structure size of the planetary gear train of the core drive mechanism in the transmission is optimized.
