经济新常态背景下煤炭企业经济与能源环境协调发展评价指标体系构建

【摘要】：以经济新常态为背景,结合国内外关于经济与能源环境协调发展的相关研究,构建了经济与能源环境协调发展评价指标体系。该体系以经济发展与能源环境为切入点,把指标评价体系分为经济水平、能源水平与环境水平3个指标层次,每个指标层次下又有若干指标,并运用定量与定性相结合的层次分析法确定各指标权重,建立完善的经济与能源环境协调发展评价指标。指标体系的建立对准确评价经济与能源环境协调发展具有十分重要的作用,有利于企业效益实现最大化。
[Abstract]:Based on the background of the new normal state of economy and the related research on the coordinated development of economy and energy environment at home and abroad, the evaluation index system of coordinated development of economy and energy environment is constructed. The system takes economic development and energy environment as the breakthrough point. The index evaluation system is divided into three levels: economic level, energy level and environment level, and there are several indexes under each index level, and the weight of each index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which combines quantitative and qualitative analysis. It is very important to establish a perfect evaluation index for the coordinated development of economy and energy environment, and the establishment of index system is very important for the accurate evaluation of the coordinated development of economy and energy environment, and is conducive to maximizing the benefits of enterprises.
