公共政策利益关系分析及对地勘政策的启示

【摘要】：公共政策是政府公共管理活动的中心环节,一直以来,利益关系是研究公共政策问题极为重要的范畴。当前在我国地勘政策领域,以利益关系为视角进行研究分析不仅有着深远的理论意义,而且有着较强的现实意义。本文从利益关系视角出发,讨论公共政策的内涵及我国公共政策存在问题的根源,重点对地勘政策的利益关系进行了分析思考,并提出相关的政策建议。
[Abstract]:The public policy is the central link of the government's public management activities, and the interest relationship has always been an extremely important category in the study of the public policy issues. At present, in the field of geological prospecting policy in our country, The research and analysis from the angle of interest relationship not only has profound theoretical significance, but also has strong practical significance. This paper discusses the connotation of public policy and the root of the existing problems of public policy in China from the angle of interest relationship. The interest relationship of geological prospecting policy is analyzed and considered, and relevant policy suggestions are put forward.
