建筑业绿色创新采纳推进政策研究

【摘要】：我国建筑业绿色创新及推广过程中在主体能力、交互、制度及基础设施等方面存在诸多制约绿色创新采纳与扩散的瓶颈。以上述系统问题为指向,从绿色能力培育、交互合作优化、制度环境改善与基础设施配套四个方面进行政策功能的针对性、适用性设计。引入UTAUT模型,提炼建筑企业绿色创新采纳可能的响应要素,剖析政策功能与企业绿色创新采纳响应要素间的因果关联,明晰政策的作用路径及其间的传导机制,为建筑业绿色创新采纳与扩散相关政策制定提供实用的、系统的依据。
[Abstract]:In the process of green innovation and promotion in China's construction industry, there are many bottlenecks restricting the adoption and diffusion of green innovation in the aspects of subject ability, interaction, system and infrastructure. Interactive cooperation optimization, institutional environment improvement and infrastructure matching four aspects of the policy function targeted, applicability design. The introduction of UTAUT model, extract the green innovation of construction enterprises to adopt possible response elements, This paper analyzes the causal relationship between policy function and enterprise green innovation adoption response factors, clarifies the policy action path and its transmission mechanism, and provides a practical and systematic basis for the establishment of green innovation adoption and diffusion policies in the construction industry.
