经济下行背景下三一重工财务战略问题研究

【摘要】：近年,特别是2011-2012年以来,中国经济陷入下行周期,与国家宏观经济高度相关的工程机械行业受到严重影响,中国工程机械企业不可避免地进入低位运行。作为中国乃至世界工程机械行业之龙头的三一重工股份有限公司,更是深深体会到这场经济下行带来的前所未有的震痛。全球经济一体化大背景下,激烈的市场竞争和经营环境的复杂多变,特别是经济处于下行周期时,要求企业能够正确审时度势,及时作出反应进行战略性调整,去适用变化的背景和环境,才能实现可持续发展。更重要的是要在经济下行周期到来之前提前谋划,未雨绸缪,当经济下行周期到来之时能够有预案,应付自如,规避暗礁和恶劣气候,使企业之舟顺利前行到达彼岸。基于这种认识,本文从财务战略问题研究出发,通过对三一重工的这个典型制造企业在这当前经济下行周期的财务战略研究,试图总结出一些经验和规律,以及深刻教训,以作为其他企业发展过程中的借鉴和警示,并试图对该领域的理论研究有所补充和参考之用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, especially since 2011-2012, the Chinese economy has fallen into a downward cycle, and the construction machinery industry, which is highly related to the national macroeconomic, has been seriously affected. Sany heavy Industry Co., Ltd, which is the leader of the construction machinery industry in China and the world, inevitably enters the low operating position. We are also deeply aware of the unprecedented shock brought by this economic downturn. In the context of global economic integration, fierce market competition and complex business environment, especially when the economy is in a downward cycle, Enterprises are required to correctly assess the situation, react in time to make strategic adjustments, and apply the changing background and environment to achieve sustainable development. What is more important is to plan ahead and make good plans ahead of the arrival of the downward economic cycle. When the economic downward cycle comes, we can prepare for it, handle it well, avoid the reef and bad climate, and make the boat of the enterprise go ahead smoothly to the other shore. Based on this understanding, this paper starts from the study of financial strategy. By studying the financial strategy of this typical manufacturing enterprise of Sany heavy Industry in the current economic downward cycle, we try to sum up some experiences and laws, as well as profound lessons, so as to serve as a reference and warning in the development of other enterprises. It also tries to supplement and reference the theoretical research in this field.
