中国农业银行内蒙古分行零售业务转型研究

【摘要】：我国的商业银行数量自改革开放伊始便不断增加,商业银行的增加既满足了我国民众对金融服务的需求,同时这也是我国经济腾飞的需要。而商业银行数量的增加必然带来市场激烈的竞争环境,加上外资银行的加入,使得激烈的市场竞争更加激烈,因此,如何在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出分得市场的一杯羹对于商业银行来讲至关重要。此外计算机信息技术的日新月异为商业银行转型提供了基本的条件。对于商业银行来讲,发展零售业务不仅能够实现差异化战略同时也能够有效促进规模生产,因此零售业务成为了商业银行转型的方向之一。中国农业银行内蒙古分行成立于1979年,现设二级分行14个、支行131个以及营业机构578个。该银行的发展同样面临着商业银行面临的问题,民众对于金融服务的要求在不断提高,市场的竞争状况使得转型势在必行。该分行自2009年便开始着手针对银行的产品、人员、网点三个方面进行零售业务转型。按照零售版块的发展规划,经过多年的实践与发展,该银行分行已经成功实现组织关系的协调统一,同时有效全面整合银行的资源。本文就中国农业银行内蒙古分行在零售业务转型中取得的成就、出现的问题以及对应的解决策略进行深入研究,以期为今后此类转型提供指导和借鉴。
[Abstract]:The number of commercial banks has been increasing since the beginning of reform and opening up , and the increase of commercial banks has not only met the demand of our people for financial services , but also the need of China ' s economic development . The branch of Inner Mongolia Branch of Agricultural Bank of China is established in 1979 , now has 14 branches , 131 branches and 578 operating agencies . The development of the bank also faces the problems faced by commercial banks , and the competition in the market makes the transformation imperative . The branch has successfully realized the coordination and unification of the organization relationship in accordance with the development plan of the retail layout . In this paper , the achievements , problems and corresponding settlement strategies of the Inner Mongolia branch of China Agricultural Bank in the transformation of retail business are studied in depth , so as to provide guidance and reference for the future transformation .
