私人银行业务的中外比较

【摘要】:私人银行业务是面向社会富裕人士提供的以财富管理为核心的专业化一揽子高层次金融服务,正越来越显示出巨大的增长潜力。私人银行在国际上发展已有二百多年的时间,已经形成了一套比较完备的组织、盈利和运行模式,通过为客户进行财富管理,为客户保持财富盈利性的同时,为私人银行创造了高利润。随着我国经济发展,企业家、创业者、经商家族的财富不断积累,高净值人士数目也在逐渐攀升。同时这一群体对个人理财、资产管理等金融服务的要求日渐趋于多样化和个性化。我国商业银行看准财富管理业的高利润率和低资本占用的优势,于2007年开始探索私人银行业务,国有银行、股份制银行和城市商业银行都纷纷推出了私人银行业务,私人银行领域的竞争正日益加剧。虽然已经历了六年的苦心经营,但是在组织模式、盈利模式等方面还存在着很多争议;产品创新性不强,专业人才匮乏;分业经营限制了业务发展、外汇管制仍然比较严格、信用评估体系不完善等制约了私人银行的发展。所以在此时机,总结国外私人银行的成功模式和经验对于我国私人银行的发展方向具有重要意义。 第一章为绪论,介绍了本文选题背景、国内外文献综述。 第二章介绍了私人银行的起源以及私人银行业的行业特征。根据管理资产规模对国外私人银行进行了2012年的排名和市场份额的分析,效率方面的表现,并对关键指标进行了相关性分析。介绍了我国私人银行的发展状况,总结了我国私人银行近几年在客户数量、管理资产规模方面的进展成就。 第三章从分业、混业经营的金融制度、法律、外汇管和税收制度四个方面分析了中外私人银行经营环境的不同点。 第四章首先介绍了总结了国外私人银行的组织结构,包括独立的私人银行、投资银行和综合性金融集团设立的私人银行以及家庭办公室。然后概括总结了我国商业银行开展私人银行业务所采用的组织模式,包括事业部和大零售制。在此基础上比较了中外私人银行在组织形式上的异同点并分析差异存在的原因。 第五章比较分析了中外私人银行服务内容。以瑞银财富管理为例介绍了国外私人银行的服务内容;以建设银行为例介绍了我国私人银行的服务内容。最后指出我国私人银行在服务内容上与国外私人银行的差距。 第六章比较分析了中外私人银行行的盈利模式。国外私人银行主要采用手续费和资产管理费的方式,分别列出了不同模式的优势和劣势。我国私人银行的盈利模式主要是收取销售手续费。并分析了这种差异的原因主要是由服务内容和我国私人银行服务定价能力不强。 第七章从从产品服务创新、如何进行业务模式转变、组织模式的转变、加强海外资产配置等五个个方面对我国私人银行进一步前进提出了建议。
[Abstract]:Private banking is a professional package of financial services at the core of wealth management for the wealthy. Private banks, which have been developing internationally for more than 200 years, have developed a relatively complete set of organizations, profitability and operating models through wealth management for their clients. At the same time, it creates high profits for private banks. With the development of our economy, the wealth of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, and business families is constantly accumulated. The number of people with high net worth is also rising. The requirements of financial services such as asset management are becoming more and more diversified and individualized. In 2007, our commercial banks began to explore the private banking business in view of the advantages of high profit margin and low capital occupation in the wealth management industry. State-owned banks, joint-stock banks and urban commercial banks have launched private banking business, and the competition in the field of private banking is increasing. Although it has been through six years of hard work, it is in the organizational model. There is still a lot of controversy about the profit model. Product innovation is not strong, lack of professional personnel; Separation of operations restricts the development of business, foreign exchange control is still relatively strict, credit evaluation system is not perfect and other constraints on the development of private banks, so at this time. Summing up the successful models and experiences of foreign private banks is of great significance to the development direction of China's private banks. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the background of this paper and the literature review at home and abroad. The second chapter introduces the origin of private banks and the industry characteristics of private banks. According to the size of assets under management, the paper analyzes the ranking and market share of foreign private banks in 2012 and the performance of efficiency. The paper also analyzes the correlation of the key indicators, introduces the development of private banks in China, and summarizes the achievements in the number of customers and the scale of assets managed by private banks in China in recent years. The third chapter analyzes the differences between Chinese and foreign private banks from four aspects: financial system, law, foreign exchange control and tax system. Chapter 4th first introduces and summarizes the organizational structure of foreign private banks, including independent private banks. The private bank and family office set up by the investment bank and the comprehensive financial group. Then it summarizes the organizational model used by the commercial banks in China to carry out the private banking business. On the basis of this, this paper compares the similarities and differences between Chinese and foreign private banks in organizational form and analyzes the reasons for the differences. Chapter 5th compares and analyzes the contents of private banking services at home and abroad, taking UBS wealth management as an example, introduces the service content of foreign private banks; Taking China Construction Bank as an example, this paper introduces the service contents of China's private banks, and finally points out the gap between China's private banks and foreign private banks in terms of service content. Chapter 6th compares and analyzes the profit pattern of private banks in China and foreign countries. Foreign private banks mainly adopt the ways of handling fees and asset management fees. The advantages and disadvantages of different models are listed respectively. The profit model of private banks in China is mainly to charge sales fees. The reasons for this difference are mainly caused by the content of service and the pricing ability of private banking services in China. Not strong. From five aspects of product service innovation, how to change the business model, the transformation of the organizational model and the strengthening of overseas asset allocation, the 7th chapter puts forward some suggestions for the further progress of the private banks in China.
