中国农业银行金融信息技术人才流失问题与对策案例研究

【摘要】:随着我国金融体制改革不断深化,国有商业银行、外资银行、中资股份制银行和其他金融机构对信息技术人才的争夺日趋激烈。本文结合我国宏观金融环境、银行业竞争环境的特点以及中国农业银行发震战略,对农行科技部门金融信息技术人才的个体特征、就业与激励、流失现状及流失影响进行了探讨。通过定性和定量分析方法研究了以农行软件开发中心为代表的信息技术员工的流失原因和相应策略,经统计分析得出了此类员工对激励要素重要程度感知的前六位从大到小排序依次是:薪酬福利、公平公正、职位晋升、能力发挥、学习培训和企业文化。最后,从制度建设和文化建设两个层面提出了有利于农业银行金融信息技术人才保持的策略和建议,为降低流失率和全行人力资源改革提供现实依据。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's financial system reform, the competition for information technology talents among state-owned commercial banks, foreign-funded banks, Chinese-funded joint-stock banks and other financial institutions is becoming increasingly fierce. Based on the characteristics of China's macro-financial environment, banking competition environment and the earthquake-generating strategy of Agricultural Bank of China, this paper analyzes the individual characteristics, employment and motivation of financial and information technology talents in Agricultural Bank of China's science and technology department. The current situation and influence of loss are discussed. By means of qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper studies the reasons and strategies of the loss of information technology staff represented by the Agricultural Bank of China Software Development Center (ABC Software Development Center). Through statistical analysis, it is concluded that the first six employees' perception of the importance of incentive elements is in the following order: salary and welfare, fairness and fairness, position promotion, ability exertion, learning training and corporate culture. Finally, from the two aspects of system construction and cultural construction, this paper puts forward the strategies and suggestions which are conducive to the retention of the financial information technology talents of the Agricultural Bank, which provides a realistic basis for reducing the wastage rate and the reform of the human resources in the whole bank.
