基于人本价值导向的寒地城市街道设计研究

【摘要】：街道是城市中具有线性特质的开放空间,很大程度上承载了人们的社交生活,在城市中具有独特魅力,但交通条件的日益发达却伴随着行人利益的逐渐丧失,寒地城市街道的发展速度已经超越了其自身的可控范围,出现了生搬硬套、大拆大建、被动发展等诸多现实问题,忽视了受众在街道中的地位以及寒地城市街道的特殊地域属性。在物质条件逐渐提高的当下社会,人们对文化和情感的需求也日益上升,寒地城市的居民对良好街道环境渴求的呼声也越来越强烈。人是城市街道的主体,人不但是城市街道的设计者和建造者,更是城市街道的使用者和更新者,是城市街道的直接服务对象。人本价值的理论核心正是以人为中心,突出人的主体地位,关切人的生存状态,满足人的综合需求,关注人的个性发展。人与城市街道空间始终处于一个积极、良性的相互作用的过程中,要满足人在寒地城市街道中的生理需求、安全需求、社交需求、审美需求和自我实现需求等等,研究人与街道的关系。基于人本价值导向的寒地城市街道设计研究以人的运动特点、感知体验和心理感受为设计基础,同时结合寒地城市街道独特的地域特点,其宗旨就是创造更富人情味儿的城市街道空间,改善人在城市街道中的综合体验,提高人们活动空间的环境质量,使寒地城市街道给人带来安全、舒适和美的感受。因此,基于人本价值导向的寒地城市街道设计研究具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文选取人本价值作为寒地城市街道设计研究的切入点,为寒地城市街道设计研究确立了明确的价值评判标准,突出主体需求与客体属性之间的密切关联,并以大量篇幅详尽论述人本价值理论对寒地城市街道产生的深刻影响,在高度概括与梳理寒地城市街道发展历史和现状的前提下,对人本价值与寒地城市街道的关系进行了系统的分析、归纳与总结,从人对寒地城市街道自然环境、物质环境和人文环境的需求进行具体分析,并以此为基础,提出我国寒地城市街道设计的三大演变趋向,即自然环境需求导向下的街道气候适应设计、物质环境需求导向下的街道空间优化设计、人文环境需求导向下的街道活力提升设计。本文深刻探讨了寒地城市街道在寒冷气候适应、街道空间优化和街道活力提升三方面的策略。首先,以人对良好街道自然环境的需求为出发点重新确立寒地城市街道的气候适应策略,针对冬季寒冷气候对城市街道的不良影响,提出了对街道寒风的微观优化策略、街道日照的充分利用策略、街道低温的适度缓和策略以及街道积雪的复合消解策略。其次,以人对良好街道物质环境的需求为出发点重新思考寒地城市街道空间的优化策略,以创造安全、舒适、愉悦的步行环境为宗旨,通过了解人在寒地城市街道中的行为和心理,构建具有强烈行为归属感的寒地城市街道空间尺度、具有良好行为体验感的寒地城市街道空间界面、具有行为庇护感的寒地城市街道步行空间以及可提供多维度扩展的寒地城市街道地下空间。最后,以人对良好街道人文环境的需求为出发点重新构思寒地城市街道的活力提升策略,在着重提升冬季街道活力的同时兼顾夏季街道活力的强化,将寒地城市的冬季资源和地域文化作为街道活力的激发点,加强街道休闲活动的活力催化、街道地域文化的综合认知、街道本土景观的特色审美以及街道公共设施的人性关怀。基于人本价值导向的寒地城市街道设计研究具有理论和实践的双重意义,期望本论文的研究能够对我国寒地城市街道研究的理论体系构建起到推动和完善作用,激活多元化的设计思维,并对寒地城市街道的建设和发展起到引领和指导作用,使寒地城市街道走上健康和可持续的发展道路。本文所有章节共计约16万字,含相关图示、实景照片以及图表共计376幅,其中,相关图示和实景照片有59%为笔者自主绘制或拍摄,相关图表有75%为笔者自主绘制或整理。
[Abstract]:The street is an open space with linear characteristics in the city , which carries people ' s social life to a large extent , but the increasingly developed traffic conditions are accompanied by the gradual loss of the pedestrian ' s interests . The development speed of urban streets in cold areas has surpassed its own controllable scope . Man is the main body of the city streets , but the designer and the builder of the city streets are the direct service objects of the city streets . Based on the analysis , induction and summary of the relationship between the natural environment , the material environment and the human environment of the urban streets in the cold area , the author puts forward three main evolvement trends of the urban street design in the cold region , namely , the street climate adaptation design under the guidance of natural environment demand , the optimization design of the street space under the guidance of the material environment demand , and the street vigor improvement design under the guidance of the demand of the human environment . This paper probes into the strategies of urban streets in cold areas in cold climate , street space optimization and street vitality . First of all , we re - establish the climate adaptation strategies of urban streets in cold areas based on the demand of the natural environment of good streets . Based on the double significance of theory and practice of urban street design research based on human - based value guidance , it is expected that the research of this paper can promote and improve the theoretical system of urban street study in China , activate the design thinking of pluralism , and guide and guide the construction and development of urban streets in cold areas . There are a total of about 1.6 million words in all sections of this paper , including the related illustration , live view photos and a total of 376 charts , of which 59 % are drawn or photographed by the author , and 75 % of the relevant figures are self - drawn or collated by the author .
