装配式钢筋混凝土剪力墙抗震性能试验研究及数值模拟分析

【摘要】:随着我国住宅产业化的不断发展,预制结构在我国的应用越来越广泛。课题组对装配式剪力墙开展了一系列的研究,本文依托国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目(半装配式钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构抗震性能和设计方法的研究50908071),对装配式剪力墙构件的试验和数值模拟分析开展了研究工作。 本文开展了6片一字型剪力墙(其中2片为全现浇、4片为预制叠合板式剪力墙)和2片强连接叠合板式剪力墙的试验研究,对比了上述剪力墙以及自复位剪力墙的破坏形态及滞回曲线特征,并采用非线性有限元分析软件OpenSees对以上不同类型剪力墙进行了数值模拟研究,将模拟结果与试验结果进行了对比。 研究结果表明:在相同轴压比时,采用两种不同边缘构件的预制叠合板式剪力墙滞回环的形状与全现浇剪力墙试件较为接近,并没有表现出太大差别。基础插筋面积充足时,叠合板式剪力墙的塑性部位可以由水平拼缝部位上移至墙板内部,插筋应力传递效果良好。自复位剪力墙墙体裂缝少,变形能力强,并且残余变形小,震后恢复能力强。基于修正的Kent-Park本构关系的混凝土模型以及Steel02钢筋模型能够较好的模拟低周反复荷载作用下上述三种装配式剪力墙的受力特性和滞回特征,,OpenSees能够较好得模拟装配式剪力墙在低周反复荷载作用下的反应。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of housing industrialization in our country, prefabricated structures are more and more widely used in China. A series of research on prefabricated shear walls has been carried out by the research group. This paper relies on the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Science Foundation project (semi-assembled reinforced concrete shear wall structure seismic performance and design method research 50908071). The experiment and numerical simulation analysis of assembled shear wall members are carried out. In this paper, the experimental research on six one-character shear walls (2 of which are full cast-in-situ and 4 prefabricated laminated slab shear walls) and two strongly connected composite plate shear walls has been carried out in this paper. The failure patterns and hysteretic curve characteristics of the above shear walls and the self-reset shear walls are compared, and the numerical simulation of these different types of shear walls is carried out by using the nonlinear finite element analysis software OpenSees. The simulation results are compared with the experimental results. The results show that when the axial compression ratio is the same, the shape of hysteretic loop of prefabricated laminated plate shear wall with two different edge members is close to that of cast-in-place shear wall specimen. The plastic part of the laminated plate shear wall can be moved from the horizontal joint to the inside of the wall when the base insertion area is sufficient. The effect of stress transfer is good. The self-reposition shear wall wall has less cracks, strong deformation ability and small residual deformation. The concrete model based on the modified Kent-Park constitutive relation and the Steel02 steel bar model can simulate the three kinds of prefabricated shear forces under low cyclic cyclic loading. The mechanical characteristics and hysteretic characteristics of the wall. OpenSees can well simulate the response of assembled shear walls under low cyclic cyclic loading.
