海岛生态带规划方法及舟山实例研究

【摘要】：在工业文明向生态文明转型和海洋时代来临的背景下,海岛生态带的保护和规划日益彰显出重要的地位。尽管生态带规划的方法已经相对成熟,但在海岛生态系统的分析和规划中仍显得力有不逮。寻找适合海岛生态带的规划方法并投入实际应用能够有效地保障海岛城市生态安全,提高生态品质。海岛生态带的规划方法包括对现状的分析评价方法和对空间的具体规划方法。其中,海岛生态带的分析方法是在已有的“千层饼”分析方法和景观生态安全格局分析方法上融合了海岛生态带的特征元素优化得到的。具体的空间规划方法是在分析评价的基础上从空间出发对规划内容进行重组,得到以地理空间为分类依据的“山——海——城”规划方法模型。这种规划方法的优势在于将单一层面的生态因子叠合到同一地域范围之内,根据不同地理空间的特征对各要素进行整合规划,最后既能得到彼此衔接功能明确的生态带规划方案又能在单个维度的实际操作中有分项内容的指导。实证运用方面以舟山本岛生态带规划为例,运用海岛生态带规划方法进行空间规划。这既是对规划方法的实际应用也能够对其进行补充修正。
[Abstract]:In the context of the transition from industrial civilization to ecological civilization and the advent of the marine age, the conservation and planning of the island ecological belt has increasingly assumed an important position, although the method of ecological belt planning has been relatively mature. However, in the analysis and planning of the island ecosystem, it is still impossible to find a suitable planning method for the island ecological zone and put it into practical application, which can effectively guarantee the ecological security and improve the ecological quality of the island city. The planning methods of the island ecological belt include the analysis and evaluation of the present situation and the specific planning method of the space. The analysis method of the island ecological belt is obtained by combining the characteristic elements of the island ecological belt with the existing "thousand layer cake" analysis method and the landscape ecological security pattern analysis method. The specific spatial planning method is based on the analysis of the island ecological zone. On the basis of evaluation, the planning contents should be reorganized from the perspective of space. A model of mountain-sea-city planning method based on the classification of geographical space is obtained. The advantage of this planning method is that the ecological factors of a single level are superimposed within the same geographical range. According to the characteristics of different geographical space, the elements are integrated and planned. Finally, the planning scheme of ecological belt with clear linking function and the guidance of sub-content in the actual operation of a single dimension can be obtained. Taking the planning of Zhoushan island ecological belt as an example, this paper uses the island ecological zone planning method to carry out spatial planning, which is not only the practical application of the planning method, but also can be supplemented with it.
