城市综合体建筑人为排热及热湿气候动态预测

【摘要】:为研究具备复合功能类型的城市综合体内建筑人为排热规律及室外大气动态热平衡情况,建立了针对多种建筑类型及用能形式并存的区域热气候动态预测模型,并以深圳市某实际城市综合体项目为研究对象进行分析.结果表明:典型计算日内,该城市综合体在全天大部分时间段里都存在建筑人为排热,其排热规律主要体现各类建筑空调制冷系统的使用特点;整个计算期间内,建筑人为全热排热量占区域内总全热排热量的比例最大,约为62.1%;城市综合体热岛强度日均值和整个计算期间峰值比单一城市功能区相应值高约0.1~0.45℃,建筑人为排热是城市综合体区域内独特热气候形成的主要影响因素.
[Abstract]:In order to study the rules of artificial heat discharge and the dynamic heat balance of outdoor atmosphere in urban complex with complex functions, a regional thermal climate dynamic prediction model is established for the coexistence of various building types and energy use forms. Taking a real urban complex project in Shenzhen as the research object, the results show that during the typical calculation day, the artificial heat emission exists in the urban complex during most of the day. During the whole calculation period, the proportion of the total heat emission of the building is the largest. The daily average value of heat island intensity of urban complex and the peak value of the whole calculation period are about 0.1 ~ 0.45 鈩,
