香格里拉镇游客集散中心和谐塔钢结构优化设计研究

【摘要】:随着我国工业化进程的不断推进,钢结构已然成为了现代建筑工程领域中主要结构形式之一。相较于传统的钢筋混凝土结构形式,钢结构作为建筑结构形式具有其不可忽视的地位,但因国内现行的钢结构设计理论研究存在一定的滞后,对钢结构推广应用产生了一定的不利影响。钢结构的经济性能是它的一大优势,因此研究钢结构的优化设计,具有显著的现实经济意义。在工业建筑领域,钢结构已经得到了广泛的认同,但是在民用建筑方面,钢筋混凝土结构仍然占据着统治地位。在框架钢结构设计过程中,利用现行的设计理论计算和计算辅助技术,可以解决钢结构设计中的大部分问题,但是在钢结构的优化设计方面部分问题仍没有得到有效解决。本文选稻城县香格里拉镇游客集散中心和谐塔钢结构工程为例,以结构优化理论为基础,利用有限分析程序,对和谐塔钢结构进行分析研究和优化设计。文中深入研究了结构优化设计理论,结构优化设计的三个要素(设计变量、目标函数、约束条件),结构优化设计的方法(优化准则法、数学规划法),接着介绍了有限元分析原理及两款后面用到的有限元分析程序(SATWE、SAP2000)。针对和谐塔钢结构工程实例,应用SATWE程序对结构进行受力分析和结构设计,得到初步设计结果。以初步设计结果为基础,在SAP2000程序建立有限元结构模型,进行结构内力分析、模态分析及反应谱法分析,根据分析结果优化结构模型。设置结构侧向位移和周期控制目标,应用程序优化设计模块,对结构构件截面进行优化设计。整个优化设计的数学模型就是以钢框架结构总用钢量最小为目标函数,结构构件截面尺寸为设计变量,现行的结构设计规范规程要求的结构强度、刚度、技术措施为约束条件。结果表明,针对此工程实例结构进行优化设计以后总用钢量降低了13.35%,具有显著的经济效益,优化设计以后的结构模型更合理,结构安全性能提高,达到了预期的优化目标,对此类钢结构工程优化设计具有参考意义。实际工程优化设计过程中,建议先对结构模型进行优化分析,再进行优化设计,可以提高结构优化设计效益。
[Abstract]:With the continuous advance of China's industrialization process, the steel structure has become one of the main form of modern architecture in the field of engineering. Compared with the traditional reinforced concrete structure, steel structure as the building structure has its position can not be ignored, but because of the current domestic steel structure design theoretical research lag, the some adverse effects on the application of structural steel. Promote economic performance of steel structure is a big advantage, so the research on the optimization design of steel structure, has real economic significance. In the field of industrial buildings, steel structure has been widely recognized, but in terms of civil construction, reinforced concrete structure is still occupying the dominant position. In the design process of frame steel structure, calculation and computer aided technology using the present design theory, can solve the big problem in the design of steel structure, But in the optimization design of steel structure part of the problem is still not been effectively solved. This paper selected Shangri-La Daocheng County town of steel structure engineering tourist hub harmony tower as an example, the structure optimization theory, using the finite analysis program design, analysis and optimization of the harmony tower steel structure. This paper studied the structure optimization design theory, structure optimization design of the three elements (design variables, objective function, constraint condition), structure optimization design method (optimization criterion method, mathematical programming method), then introduces the finite element using the finite element analysis principle and two back analysis program (SATWE, SAP2000). The harmony tower steel structure engineering, SATWE program is applied to structure stress analysis and structure design, preliminary design to get the results. Based on the results of the preliminary design, in the SAP2000 program to build finite element model, The internal force analysis, modal analysis and response spectrum analysis method, according to the analysis results, structure optimization model. Structure lateral displacement and cycle control objectives, application optimization design module, optimization design of structural element sections. The mathematical model of optimization design is the steel frame structure of steel section minimum as the objective function. Structural dimensions as the design variables, the structure of the current design specification for structural strength, stiffness, technical measures as constraint conditions. The results show that the optimized design after the total amount of steel is reduced by 13.35% for this project structure, has obvious economic benefit, optimizing the structure design model is more reasonable, improve the structural safety performance, optimized to achieve the expected objectives, to optimize the reference of engineering design of steel structure. This kind of practical engineering optimization design process, suggestions First, the structure model is optimized and analyzed, and then the optimization design can improve the benefit of the structural optimization design.
