某单层厂房混凝土框架梁局部损伤原因分析

【摘要】：某单层厂房屋面安装光伏发电设备后,其屋面预应力双T板支撑处框架梁发生局部压碎和开裂。依据06SG432-1《预应力混凝土双T板》,对屋面双T板进行了验算。采用SAP2000对屋面双T板进行有限元分析,得出肋梁支座反力,对支撑肋梁处框架梁混凝土强度进行了验算,验算结果均与实际结果相符,为同类问题的检测鉴定提供了经验。
[Abstract]:After installing photovoltaic power generation equipment on the roof of a monolayer factory building, According to 06SG432-1 "prestressed concrete double T plate", the double-T slab of roof is checked and calculated. The finite element analysis of double-T slab of roof is carried out by using SAP2000, and the reaction force of rib beam bearing is obtained. The concrete strength of frame beam at braced ribbed beam is checked and calculated, and the results are in agreement with the actual results, which provides experience for the detection and identification of similar problems.
