深圳城市公园系统可持续发展规划研究

【摘要】：城市公园系统是城市生态系统的主体，是城市居民的休闲游憩空间和文体活动场所。历经三十多年的发展，深圳城市公园环境有显著提升。然而，随着城市化进程的不断推进，城市居民对绿色生态的需求日益高涨，而公园建设与管理中诸多问题凸显，亟待从宏观层面研究城市公园系统的可持续发展对策，使之更有效发挥生态效应和公共服务功能。本文以深圳市城市公园为研究对象，以系统论、游憩理论和公共管理理论等为理论基石，初阶构建了深圳市城市公园系统可持续发展规划的研究框架，充实了研究城市公园系统的理论体系，为深圳城市公园系统的可持续发展规划提供了一定的参考意见，采用系统分析法、文献研究法、比较分析法、实地调查法等多元化手段对城市公园进行分析研究。本文从规范标准、政策、布局和经营管理四个维度进行分析研究城市公园系统的发展现状，并从城市公园特征（主要是公园的类型、规模及服务半径、分布方面）以及政策环境、社会经济环境和经营管理状况对深圳城市公园系统进行深入分析研究。通过对深圳城市公园系统的分析，归纳出深圳城市公园系统现存的几个不足之处（城市公园分布和发展不均衡、公园类型结构不合理、公园运营能力不足和公园管理不合理等）。针对这些问题，，提出了深圳城市公园系统可持续发展目标和原则，同时，从分类、特色和布局三个方面提出了深圳城市公园系统可持续发展规划思路以及经营管理模式。
[Abstract]:The urban park system is the main body of the urban ecosystem, the recreation space and the recreation place of the urban residents. After more than 30 years of development, the environment of Shenzhen urban park has been improved significantly. However, with the development of the urbanization process, the city park environment has been greatly improved. The demand of urban residents for green ecology is rising day by day, and many problems in park construction and management are highlighted. It is urgent to study the sustainable development countermeasures of urban park system from the macro level, so that it can play the ecological effect and public service function more effectively. Taking Shenzhen City Park as the research object, taking the system theory, recreation theory and public management theory as the theoretical foundation, this paper constructs the research frame of the sustainable development planning of Shenzhen city park system. It enriches the theoretical system of urban park system, and provides some reference for the sustainable development planning of Shenzhen city park system. The system analysis method, literature research method and comparative analysis method are adopted. This paper analyzes and studies the development of urban park system from four dimensions: standard, policy, layout and management. This paper also makes an in-depth analysis and study on the urban park system in Shenzhen from the following aspects: type, scale, service radius, distribution of urban park, policy environment, social economic environment and management situation. Based on the analysis of Shenzhen urban park system, this paper sums up several shortcomings of Shenzhen urban park system (the distribution and development of urban park is not balanced, the structure of park type is unreasonable, and the structure of the park is not reasonable). In view of these problems, the sustainable development goals and principles of Shenzhen urban park system are put forward, and at the same time, according to the classification, the sustainable development of Shenzhen urban park system is analyzed. The sustainable development planning and management mode of Shenzhen City Park system are put forward in three aspects: characteristics and layout.
