安徽省县域新型城镇化水平时空差异研究

【摘要】：城镇化是衡量一个国家和地区发达程度重要标志，新型城镇化是城镇化发展的新阶段。中国城镇化发展进入了一个新的时期，需要转变城镇化的发展重点，在保持速度的同时，要更加注重“以人为本”。本文以安徽省62个县城为例，对安徽省城镇化问题进行了分析，发现安徽省城镇化存在区域城镇化差异明显、人口城镇化落后于土地城镇化、全省异地城镇化特征明显、基础设施配置落后于人口城镇化、县城功能有待加强等问题。本文通过对安徽省城镇化现状特征的分析，，总结了安徽省新型城镇化存在的问题，通过对新型城镇化的理论分析，在回顾现有新型城镇化水平和研究方法的基础上，从人口城镇化、经济城镇化、社会城镇化、城市建设城镇化、生态环境城镇化五个层面建立了新型城镇化水平评价指标体系，选取安徽省2002年和2012年两年的数据，对安徽省各县新型城镇化水平时空差异特征进行了分析，结果显示人口城镇化水平和经济城镇化空间分布变化不明显，社会城镇化水平、城市建设城镇化水平和生态环境城镇化水平空间分布变化较大。并运用要素贡献率衡量各县城五大因子对新型城镇化水平的影响。安徽省县域新型城镇化总体质量呈现两极分化的趋势；沿淮合芜宣发展轴上的县域新型城镇化水平普遍较高；皖西北和皖西南县域新型城镇化水平普遍较低。安徽省县域新型城镇化水平2002-2012年县域新型城镇化水平空间分布呈现东高西低、北减南增的态势；最后通过上述分析，分类提出了提高县域新型城镇化水平的策略。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is an important symbol of the development of a country and region . The new urbanization is a new stage of urbanization . The urbanization of Anhui province has entered a new period . It needs to change the development focus of urbanization . At the same time , it is necessary to change the urbanization development focus . At the same time , it is found that the urbanization of Anhui Province has the obvious difference of urbanization , the urbanization of the population lags behind the urbanization of the land , the urbanization of the land is backward , the infrastructure allocation lags behind the urbanization of the population , and the function of the county town needs to be strengthened .

Based on the analysis of the present characteristics of urbanization in Anhui Province , the paper summarizes the existing problems of the new urbanization in Anhui Province . Based on the analysis of the new urbanization level and the research methods , this paper analyzes the spatial and spatial differences of the new urbanization level from the five aspects of population urbanization , economic urbanization , social urbanization , urban construction and eco - environment urbanization .
The new urbanization level along the development axis of Huaihua Wuxuan development axis is generally higher ;
The new urbanization level in the county area of Anhui , Northwest and Anhui is generally lower . The new urbanization level in the county area of Anhui Province 2002 - 2012 shows the trend of low and south - south increasing of the new urbanization level in the county level in 2002 - 2012 .
Finally , through the above analysis , the classification puts forward the strategy to improve the county ' s new urbanization level .
